To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional gaming environment for all players, the following rules must be strictly observed. By entering and using our facility, you agree to comply with these policies.

General Conduct

1. Advance Payment Policy
   All sessions must be paid for before playing. Your time will automatically end as per your booking.

2. Respect & Sportsmanship
   Respect staff members and fellow players at all times.

3. CCTV Monitoring
   CCTV surveillance is active throughout the premises. All arena rules must be followed.

4. Unauthorized Installations
   Installing or downloading any software, files, or applications on gaming PCs is strictly prohibited.

5. Fair Play Policy
   Cheating, toxic behavior, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated.

6. Equipment Handling
   Do not touch wires, system settings, or network connections.

7. Console Handling
   Console discs and games are managed by staff only.

8. Care of Property
   All equipment must be handled responsibly and with care.

Snooker Table Rules

1. No sitting or placing items on the snooker table.

2. Maximum 4 players are allowed per snooker table at one time.

Facility Discipline

1. No shouting or unnecessary crowding in the gaming area.

2. Any damage caused to equipment or property must be compensated by the user.

3. Repeated violations may result in session termination or permanent ban.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the gaming zone.

5. External devices (personal USBs, controllers, accessories, etc.) are not allowed without staff permission.

6. Keep your area clean. Do not litter or leave personal belongings behind.

Penalties & Warnings

To maintain discipline and fairness, the following penalty structure applies:

• 1st Violation: Verbal Warning

• 2nd Violation: Immediate Session Termination (No Refund)

• 3rd Violation: Permanent Ban + Fine
